Dear Parish Family: We have great news! Please join me in giving a warm welcome to our newest team member, Kelley Barrett who has accepted the Family Education and Outreach Administrator position. Kelley began working on Monday, January 8th. Kelley comes to us with a lot of ministry and administrative experience, and we are excited to have her on board. She will be working in the areas of faith formation and outreach and we’re confident that she will be a valuable asset to our parish family. Many of you already know Kelley as she has been part of the parish family since she was a child. She received all her sacraments here at the Catholic Community of Sacred Heart where her family continues to worship and be involved in ministry. This spring, Kelley’s son Ronan, will be receiving his First Eucharist. Kelley is also familiar with liturgical ministry. She has been an altar server, served as the altar server trainer for many years and is a reader of the word. Kelley is a graduate of Anna Maria College in Paxton with a degree in history. Apart from work, Kelley is an avid reader. She enjoys knitting and playing the viola. As many of you can relate, she spends her free time immersed in Ronan’s activities. Feel free to reach out and introduce yourself – I’m sure Kelley would love to hear from you. On a personal note, many thanks to our parish family for the prayerful support for Ernie and our family as he journeys through his cancer diagnosis. By the time you read this, his surgery will be complete (surgery was Wednesday) and we are looking forward to healthier days ahead in the new year. Blessings in the new year, Pam Chaplin
