The Gospel today finds Jesus asking for volunteers to be with him in his ministry.  They were asked to leave their homes, their community, their way of being, their way of living all for something greater.  Their faith, their belief, their commitment is amazing….they went…immediately.

• Participate in the Souper Bowl of Caring – take a shopping bag and fill it with canned goods for the Food Pantry
• Send a Valentine to someone who is homebound or in a nursing home.  There are envelopes with names on them in the parish hall.  Materials to make valentines are on each table.
