Faith Formation FAQ

What do you offer Preschool Kids during Mass? (Ages 3 through K)

Cherub’s Corner is open during the 8:30 and 10:30 AM Masses on Sunday Mornings for children ages 3 through kindergarten. Children are registered for Cherub’s Corner at the beginning of each year and then check-in prior to each session. Cherub’s Corner will be open 15 minutes prior to the 8:30 and the 10:30 AM Masses. Parents are asked to promptly check-out their children after Mass.

What do you offer Elementary-Age Kids during Mass? (Grades K-4)

Kids Chapel is our Mass program that focuses on providing a worship experience for kids. Held during the Liturgy of the Word (when the adults listen to the readings and homily message) kids are invited to their own space where they hear the readings and a message designed just for them, consistent with the adult message. Children attending Kids Chapel begin Mass with their families, leave for Kids Chapel when invited by Father Bill and return after the Prayers of the Faithful. Children attending Kids Chapel are encouraged to also participate in a faith formation class between Sunday Masses.

What do you offer Elementary Kids and Teens to go deeper in their faith? (Grades 2-8)

We invite your 1st through 8th graders to participate in faith formation classes.  Grades 1-6 are held on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:20 AM.  Grades 7 & 8 are held in varying formats throughout the year on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. Our program provides a supportive environment where kids can have fun with their peers while they are learning about God, developing good habits for life and growing in their relationship with Christ.
